Adoption Planning
Adoption planning is about understanding your options and choosing what feels right for you — at your pace, in your time.
There’s no pressure to decide anything right now. This is simply a place to learn and ask questions.
You don’t have to have everything figured out to reach out
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or just need to talk things through, you can reach out anytime.
Asking questions doesn’t commit you to anything — it simply opens the door to support
No pressure. No obligation. Just a conversation.
There’s more than one way to make a plan
Adoption planning isn’t about choosing one “right” path. It’s about learning what options exist and deciding what feels right for you, based on your values, your comfort level, and your situation.
Open adoption
Ongoing contact that you help define — from letters and photos to visits, if and when that feels right.
Semi-open adoption
Some connection, often through your agency, with boundaries that protect your privacy and comfort.
Private adoption
Limited or no ongoing contact, depending on what feels healthiest for you.
You don’t have to choose any of this now. These options are simply information — not decisions.
Housing & safety support during pregnancy
Housing concerns are common during pregnancy, especially when circumstances feel uncertain or unstable. You don’t need to have a housing plan figured out before talking with someone — support starts with understanding what you need to feel safe.
If housing is a concern, planning can include talking through where you’re living now, what feels safe and sustainable, and what support may be available to help create stability during pregnancy. This might look different for everyone, and it’s always approached with care and respect for your situation.
Your safety and well-being come first. Housing decisions are never rushed, and you’re supported in exploring options at a pace that feels right for you.
You won’t go through this alone
Pregnancy can come with a lot of appointments, questions, and moments that feel overwhelming — and you don’t have to face any of it by yourself.
Our team is here to support you throughout your pregnancy, helping you navigate medical care, appointments, and next steps in a way that feels manageable and informed. You’ll have someone you can reach out to, ask questions, and lean on as things unfold.
Whether you’re preparing for your first appointment or thinking ahead to delivery, you’ll have guidance, coordination, and support along the way — so you’re not left trying to figure things out on your own.
Your comfort, safety, and well-being are always the priority.
You don’t have to decide anything today
If you have questions, want to talk things through, or just need someone to listen, we’re here.
Reaching out doesn’t commit you to a plan — it simply opens the door to support, information, and a real conversation.
